My computer was running Windows and had been infected with a virus and a lot of malware and spyware programs. I called him up and scheduled an appointment the same day (keep in mind I live about 50 minutes from the Twin Cities). Before I knew it, the two-month long nightmare of dealing with my computer had been solved. I really appreciated Truong’s friendliness and patience explaining what the problems were and what he did to fix them. My computer now runs faster than ever.
